Cherish Heart – Poppy

This heart shaped pet memorial featuring a Poppy design is a fitting tribute to a loved one.  Extremely versatile, the heart can be provided along with fixing stake which can be positioned in a garden environment or even for the smallest of gardens in a planter.  As an alternative this unique heart memorial can be used as a stone marker, without the stake.
